At TAYSF, or San Francisco’s Transitional Age Youth Initiative, we work closely with public and private agencies to create a strong system of support for the more than 7,000 San Francisco youth and young adults, ages 16-24, who are in need of coordinated services so that they can enjoy healthy transition to adulthood. Your donation will help TAYSF promote a seamless set of services for San Francisco’s disconnected youth and young adults through providing sound data and research, developing effective public policies and piloting innovative strategies all to support young people into healthy adulthood.
